The Cleveland Browns have selected wide receiver Cedric Tillman with the No. 74 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Tillman, a 6'3", 215-pound wide receiver from Tennessee, is a talented pass-catcher with good size and athleticism. He had a breakout season in 2022, catching 64 passes for 1,081 yards and 12 touchdowns.

The Browns are hoping that Tillman can be a productive target for quarterback Deshaun Watson. The Browns traded for Watson in the offseason, and they are hoping that he can lead them to a Super Bowl.

Tillman is the second wide receiver that the Browns have drafted in the 2023 NFL Draft. They also selected LSU wide receiver Kayshon Boutte with the No. 26 pick.
