Tournament Set for May 10-26, 2024

The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has announced that the 2024 IIHF Men's World Championship will take place in Prague and Ostrava, Czech Republic, from May 10-26, 2024. This will be the 87th edition of the tournament, which is held annually and brings together the top men's ice hockey teams from around the world.

The tournament will feature 16 teams divided into two groups. The top four teams from each group will advance to the playoff round, which will culminate in the gold medal game on May 26th. The Czech Republic will be looking to defend its title after winning the gold medal in 2022.
